Shipping policy

Made after you order

Each Arrogant Bastards garment is made on demand. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, starting on the next business day after your order is placed. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Production may take longer during busy periods or when an item is temporarily unavailable.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping begins after production and adds to the total delivery time. Transit times depend on the destination, dispatch location and shipping service. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, weather and carrier disruptions can cause delays.

Tracking

Tracking information is provided when your order ships. Updates may take time to appear, particularly when a parcel moves between carriers.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has passed its latest estimated delivery date, check the tracking information and contact arrogantbastards.client@gmail.com with your order number. We may ask you to confirm your address or check with the local carrier.

Please report a suspected loss promptly. Lost-in-transit claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate before confirming the available solution. A parcel marked as delivered requires further investigation and does not automatically qualify for a free replacement.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
